Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide any justification. This is referred to as your right of withdrawal.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can contact us at contact@anyotherday.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your withdrawal notification, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items, including the return address.

3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original, saleable condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

• Not damaged due to customer misuse

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

4. RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Please ensure items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error, product defect, or damage caused during delivery.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items

• Items worn, damaged, or significantly altered

• Items returned after 14 calendar days

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@anyotherday.shop with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
