Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship orders to addresses within Romania only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must be delivered to a valid Romanian address.
2. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of 350 RON or more.
Orders with a subtotal below 350 RON will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding Romanian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
6. RISK OF LOSS
Once we have transferred your items to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control, including weather, customs processing, or transportation delays.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package arrives damaged, does not arrive as described, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@anyotherday.shop with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem.
8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. You will be contacted about next steps, which may include reshipment or a refund (minus shipping costs where applicable).
9. SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure you provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@anyotherday.shop before your order is dispatched.
10. TAXES AND CUSTOMS
As we only ship within Romania, customers are not responsible for customs duties. All prices displayed include applicable Romanian VAT.
